Kallie was adopted just over a year ago now and is very happy and settled with her family.
However, Kallie's family are having to move into a short-term rental property on the 7th September while they look for a more permanent housing solution for the family but they are unable to take Kallie.
Kallie currently lives with her family which includes two children and a rabbit. Although she has not lived with cats, she doesn't chase cats outside the house so we think that she could probably livewith dog savvy cat/s with the correct introductions.
Kallie loves other dogs and would love a well matched dog companion to help her settled into the foster home but she would also be fine as an only dog.
Kallie loves her walks and exploring. She loves to go to the beach and dog parks to meet other dogs. She loves to play ball and run, her recall is good with her current family but, as with any dog, this would need to be reintroduced with her new foster.
Kallie loves her food and is very food driven which will help with all areas of training, bond building and getting to know each other in the new foster home.
Kallie sleeps well through the night without disruption. She currently sleeps in the bedroom and gets up when get family wake up.
Kallie is a mixed breed with guardian breed traits, she bonds deeply and will protect her home, family or caregivers.
Kallie prefers to be in her safe space away from any visitors that come to the house as this is not a scenario she enjoys and she can be nervous and cautious of male strangers.
Kallie is a healthy girl and up to date with all of her vaccinations, flea, tick and worming treatments.
