About Second Chance Dog Rescue
Second Chance Dog Rescue is a UK based non-profit dog rescue, operating primarily in the Balkans where the need is desperate. However, we are now rescuing an increasing number of UK dogs in need of rehoming and to save them from the threat of euthanasia. Our dogs are adopted and fostered in homes throughout the UK.
Second Chance was founded in 2018 by Louise Pittman after she rescued Chance, a Golden Retriever, from Bosnia. Louise started the rescue to save many more dogs from a life on the streets or in the kill shelters. Since that time the rescue has expanded and now operates primarily in Bosnia and Romania as well as rescuing dogs at risk within the UK.
Our income is derived from donations with 100% going towards saving and helping our dogs to live the lives they deserve. Without your donations Second Chance Dog Rescue would not have been able to save in excess of 3,000 dogs from abuse, suffering and death.
All donations are very gratefully received and will go directly to help our dogs get their Second Chance.
