Benita was one of our pound rescues back in 2021. When originally rescued she was called Ben as we were told she was male Benita didn't have an easy time after rescue. She had an operation to remove a tumour back in 2023 and thankfully was given a clean bill of health.

As Benita is one of our long termers we decided to move her to a home environment to prepare her for her forever home and wow this girl has taken to a home environment like a duck to water!

Benita is an absolutely amazing girl! From day one in her foster home she really settled well and it was like she had been in a home all her life! Benita loves human affection! She loves cuddles, fuss and if she catches you looking at her it starts her tail wagging with excitement.

Benita is great with other dogs and very social. She has never had any issues with other dogs. She is well socialised and is currently living with Guiness and another dog.

Benita is used to a home environment and isn't destructive when left. She walks well on a lead and enjoys her walks.

This girl has waited a long time for her forever home and she really deserves the best.

Benita is ready to travel and will need a home waiting for her before we travel her as she cannot go from a foster home be stuck in UK kennels.
