Harry hasn't had the best luck bless him. Rescued from the pound in May last year he begun heartworm treatment. Just when we thought he was ready to travel our rescuer found a small lump on his back. Off he went to the vet to have the lump removed which was thankfully nothing to worry about but his healing was delayed when he popped his stitches.

After the cone of shame for a little way he is now fully healed and his fur is starting to grow back nicely.

Sadly the home he had waiting for him has fallen through so he is now available for adoption again.

Although this boy has been through a lot, he is the most amazing dog Known by everyone who has met him as Harry the Hugger he just loves people and has so much affection and love to give. He will do anything to be close to people and will just make the most amazing companion.

Harry is social with other dogs, great with cats and amazing with humans - he just loves everyone He is fine with being groomed and was such a good boy when the rescuer was having to clean his wound‍. He also walks well on a lead.

He has waited in the shelter for long enough now and deserves the most amazing home!
