Second Chance Dog Rescue

Frank was rescued from the pound in Bosnia. After spending a while waiting in kennels he finally found a foster home and then went on to his forever home. Sadly after the families circumstances changed he was returned back to kennels and is really missing his home comforts.

Frank is a lovely friendly big boy and is used to living in a home environment. He has had a lot of upheaval in his life and needs stability now.

He needs a calm home with people who will let him do it all at his pace! He needs reassurance and guidance and for a big boy is quite sensitive. A quieter home with people who were around most of the time would be ideal for Frank.

Frank is a lovely friendly boy with people and just loves everyone but can jump up for attention. He was doing so well with his training and is a really clever boy.

On walks initially he can be wary but once he was in his routine he settled well and really enjoyed being outside He loves off lead running in enclosed areas too!

Frank was well socialised in the shelter and used to share his kennel with Bailey. Now he is back at kennels he enjoys his walks with some of our female dogs like Jeanie He has walked with male dogs but is a little more cocky with males.

When first in a home he can bark at dogs on walks but again this is more barrier frustration and needs an owner who is confident managing this.

Frank is used to being on a lead but is quite a strong boy.

He deserves to be in a home environment again as he really loved his cosy bed and snuggling on the sofa.
