BEFORE PROCEEDING you must have read the Adopting or Fostering page (as appropriate) on this website and have downloaded and read the document "Deciding to Get a Dog". You can Click Here to download a copy if your haven't done so already.

Please make sure you have read all the relevant documents and understand their implications before making your application.

If you wish to apply for, or register an interest in a specific dog or selection of dogs, please make a note of their References (shown at the bottom of the Dog's details) and add these to the top of the Application Form.
